Finding yoga in everything
Having a life has been interfering with my yoga time. For the past few weeks I’ve been going out having fun, partying doing different things and well… having a life one would say. I usually go to yoga 5 times a week and 3 of those times are fri sat and sun. The other day I posted in my status how having a life is interfering with my yoga time and my friend (she’s also one of my yoga instructors) commented “that’s why you have to find yoga in everything”. Ive been thinking about this all of today trying to figure out what this means and how to do it. So this post marks my journey into finding yoga in everything.
Today was Charleys birthday, he’s my boyfriends dad. Happy 69th birthday!! He looks gouchy in this pick but he’s actually very nice and jolly. Like how Santa would be.
After a nice dinner we swam in the supa jacuzzu.
The last love fest I went to was about 10 years ago… but I am actually quite excited. Takin back to the old school.
They are going to catch that bird one day…
